Leon Amariglio

Founder and CEO

Leon is the founder and CEO of the company. Previously, he co-founded and ran Rhythmia Medical, Inc, which developed a revolutionary cardiac mapping system for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, and was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2012. The technology has been used to help treat over 25,000 patients across several hundreds of hospitals around the world.

Prior to Rhythmia, Leon led business development at Ceragon Networks Ltd  (Nasdaq: CRNT), and worked at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. Leon holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge. Leon speaks 6 languages and holds over 35 issued and pending medical device patents.


Doron Harlev

Doron serves as a Board Member at Lexington Medical, and is the founder and CEO of Affera, Inc. Previously, he co-founded and ran Rhythmia Medical with Leon. Post the acquisition of the company Doron served as Vice President of Product and Technology at Boston Scientific. Doron is a prolific inventor holding over 90 issued and pending patents.

Phil Fleck

Phil serves as a Board Member at Lexington Medical. He has designed, built and brought numerous medical technologies to market and uses that expertise at Norwich Ventures to assess and assist entrepreneurs with building their companies. Phil was also on the board of Rhythmia Medical. Previously, Phil was the President/COO of Arrow International, with oversight of worldwide R&D and manufacturing.

Roberto Saint-Malo

Roberto is a Board Observer at Lexington Medical. As Managing Partner at BetaAngels, he is an accomplished investor who has been involved in dozens of company-building efforts across several industries, ranging from health care, technology, retail, and travel. Before focusing on venture capital, Roberto worked at McKinsey & Company and he is also an active member of YPO’s global leadership community.

David Lang

Dave is a Board Member at Lexington Medical. As a health care growth investor, he is an active board member for several leading health care companies. He is also Chairman of the Board of Lahey Hospital and Medical Clinic. He worked at TA Associates for 25 years where he led the Healthcare practice and achieved a return three times the capital he invested. A basketball player at Harvard University, Dave is also the Assistant Coach of Babson Men’s College Basketball team. Dave has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard.

Marc Jin

Marc leads Operations at Lexington Medical. He was previously CEO of innoPad, a materials technology company that developed and manufactured precision equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, and was acquired by FNS Tech in 2013. Prior to that, Marc led the production launch of multiple engines programs at Ford. Marc graduated with an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BSME from Cornell University.

Luke Dohmen

Luke acts as Lexington Medical's Chief Patent Counsel. Luke has over 25 years of Intellectual Property legal experience in the medical device field.  He was previously Chief Patent Counsel for Boston Scientific Corp for where he spent 23 years leading the worldwide IP team. He provides advice on intellectual property related issues.

Shawn Riley

Shawn is responsible for sales and business development in the United States. Shawn brings 25 years of sales and sales management experience, with a long and demonstrated history of success working in the Medical Device industry. Previously, Shawn was the Global VP of Sales at Mederi Therapeutics, and has held sales and sales management positions with Xerox Healthcare, Perot Systems and Cerner Corporation.

Andrew Marecki

Andrew is the Head of Technology at Lexington Medical, leading the engineering design and development of Lexington Medical’s surgical devices, including the AEON™  Endostapler. Previously, he was a mechanical design engineer for Rhythmia Medical, and then worked with Boston Scientific after Rhythmia's acquisition. Andrew holds a BS and MS from MIT in mechanical engineering.
